Our session is a well-structured career counseling session where I provide clarity, motivation, and direction to the child. My approach to a one-hour career counseling session is divided into multiple stages to ensure a comprehensive and personalized experience. Like: * Goals, aspirations, careers known, peers planning and so on * Skills and Strengths to evaluate the client’s skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. Time permitting skill stories. * Discussing the career paths, preferences, preparation etc. * Assessment of Training needed and the best alternates * Personalised action plan and doubt clearing
